The HPC Fire H2Onfire Fire and Water Bowl feature offers a unique experience with a large flame emerging directly from the water's surface. This fire bowl is crafted from heavy-duty concrete and finished in various styles to suit your specific patio design. Designed for longevity, the water basin and gas burner work together seamlessly, using innovative backflow prevention technology to keep the fire ring submerged while safeguarding the controls. The result is an even flame that beautifully contrasts the four-sided water scupper design. The complete electronic control system provides easy management of the burner, water, and LED lights. Additionally, the kit includes HPC's improved CSA certified valve box, which includes a new solenoid for enhanced reliability and serviceability, amongst other improvements.
To round off the impressive styling, this fire and water feature comes with your choice of 3 beautiful bowls: finished with either the elegant Burnt Sienna Concrete Bowl 4 Scupper, the sleek Black concrete 4 scupper or the Hand Hammered, Oiled Copper 360 bowl.

Shipping cost:
We charge a flat fee of $15 for all orders below $200. Free shipping to the USA for orders totaling over $200 (with some supplier exceptions applying e.g. SaunaLife, Taverns To Go). In such exception cases, this will be highlighted on the product pages and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For all orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost.

Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

REFUNDS
