This comprehensive set features the MS iTempo operating control, a matching steam head, a remote-start app, an automatic drain valve, and a drain pan designed to enhance your steam sessions.
Tailored for use with the MS Max 4-6E generators, the Butler Max package offers the advanced iTempo Plus control, a SteamLinx module, a larger-than-standard AutoFlush draining system, two AromaSteam steam heads, and a larger drip pan to ensure optimal performance.
With the iTempo Plus control, bathers can easily program temperature settings, duration of the steam shower, and manage on/off functions, aroma, and lighting. The SteamLinx module enables control of the steam room's features from your mobile device, allowing you to adjust settings from anywhere in your home.
The package includes two stylish Aroma Steam Heads that efficiently distribute steam throughout the enclosure, each equipped with an integrated reservoir for essential aroma oils to enhance relaxation.
Additionally, the built-in AutoFlush drain system automatically cleans the generator tank after every use, while the included drip pan helps prevent potential water leaks. The Mr. Steam MS Butler Max package is available in both round (MSBUTLERXRD) and square (MSBUTLERXSQ) configurations, with a choice of eleven elegant finishes and an optional steam head. Shipping cost:
We charge a flat fee of $15 for all orders below $200. Free shipping to the USA for orders totaling over $200 (with some supplier exceptions applying e.g. SaunaLife, Taverns To Go). In such exception cases, this will be highlighted on the product pages and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. For all orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply.

Order transit time:
Your order will arrive within 4-7 business days. Please note, for custom orders or made-to-order products, manufacturing lead times before transit vary and can take up to 6 weeks or so. In such cases, lead time estimates (as provided by our manufacturers) are indicated on the relevant product pages.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. It is essential to provide a correct phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and your payment method has been approved.
You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order is dispatched within 1-2 business days, complete with a tracking number and tracking link to monitor its progress.
Can I change my address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

RETURNS CONDITIONS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS PROCESS

If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost.
DO YOU HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE?
Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return shipping cost.

We only accept products to be returned by mail.
HOW WILL I GET MY RETURN LABEL?
For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
